Our Barebones Planner Inserts are completely FREE to download and print at home. 

These files have been specially formatted for double-sided printing based on the setup we use here at Barebones Collectives. Please read the printing instructions below before printing for the best results.

PRINTING YOUR INSERTS

Our inserts are designed to be printed double-sided.

We print from a MacBook using a laser printer with automatic duplex (double-sided) printing.

When selecting your print settings, choose:

Two-Sided Printing: ON
Binding Location: Long Edge (Top)

Printer settings and terminology can vary depending on your printer and computer, so we recommend printing one test sheet first before printing multiple copies.

CUTTING YOUR INSERTS ✂️

Cut guidelines are included on the front/top side of each insert to show you exactly where to trim.

The backside intentionally does not include cut guidelines. This helps minimize unnecessary marks and reduces the chance of extra lines showing on your finished inserts if your printer’s front-to-back alignment varies slightly.

PERSONAL SIZE, BAREBONES CUSTOM SIZE:

Our Barebones Personal Size Inserts measure:

7.15” H × 4.25” W

This is a custom Barebones size designed specifically to maximize the height and width available inside our planners.

When hole punching your Personal inserts at home, use the Personal Size setting on your hole punch.

We will also provide a photo and/or video showing how we position our hole punch so you can closely match the placement used on our Barebones dashboards, bookmarks, and other Personal Size products.

A5 SIZE:

Our A5 inserts are designed to work with standard A5 planners.

For hole punching, simply use the A5 setting on your compatible planner hole punch.

PLEASE NOTE

Because every printer, computer, print driver, and hole punch can vary slightly, we cannot guarantee identical results across every home setup. We highly recommend printing one test page first to check your sizing, double-sided alignment, and hole placement.
