Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.
This typically equates to about two weeks, not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note that delays once a package leaves our hands are outside of our control.

Returns

All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details so we can make it right.
